I had the opportunity to deliver a guest talk to Level 7 Entrepreneurship students at the University of Wolverhampton, presenting to my own MSc Digital Marketing Management cohort. The session focused on the business start-up support available through WLV Enterprise at the University of Wolverhampton Science Park, alongside sharing my own experience of building Hayward Social Studio while studying.
During the talk, I discussed the realities of freelancing, creativity and developing the confidence to pursue self-employment within the creative industry. The session concluded with a short Q&A, allowing students to ask questions and explore different perspectives on entrepreneurship and creative careers.
It was a rewarding experience to contribute to the conversation around entrepreneurship while reflecting on my own journey as both a student and business founder.
